1.Process

Exchange with me can take place in Twitter
or Instagram DM's, via email or on Discord.
Commissions demands are made via Google form.

Acceptance or rejection of your pitch to my discretion.
(make sure to read the do/don't section)
↓
Full payment in advance by Paypal in EUR €
required once your pitch is accepted.
↓
You will be shown each step of creation (sketch,
line, flats...). The price include 2 modifications on the sketch + 1 minor modification at each following step. Additionnal changes will result in additionnal fees.
↓
Once the commission is done and validated, you will received the file via a Google Drive link as JPEG/PNG.
Nothing physical will be sent.

2.Pricesheets

Here are my "Classic" and "Tattoo" art styles which are up for commission. Click and zoom in for base prices.

3.Extras

• Extra character: +70% /character
• Animals (ex: pets, mounts...): +20€ to +100€ /animal
• Background: +20€ to +200€ /artwork
• Complex outfit (ex: detailed armor): +50% /character
• Extra details/props (ex: tattooed characters, complex weapons, mechanical limb...): +15€ to +50€ /element
• Additionnal change (see process): +10€ /modif

Terms of Service

By commissionning me you agree to these terms.

1.DIsCLAIMER

• The prices depicted on this website are for personal use commissions only. For any for-profit / commercial use please contact me by email.
• Commissions as presented here are digital art pieces, done in the art styles introduced above ("classic" style and "tattoo" style), colorless or colored depending the client choices. No refund nor reclamation will be accepted on the preceipt that it was not the art style you expected.
• No physical items are included in this transaction. Don't expect to receive anything but jpeg & png files.
• Each commission is, and will remain, unique. Similarities could be found due to art styles and poses but nothing will be copied from one commission to another.
• ART THIEVES ARE NOT WELCOME HERE: If a client is found to use an original character belonging to someone else without clear authorisation, the commission will be canceled and they will be banned from any future commissions.

2.Payment

• Payment is made in advance via Paypal using EUR € as currency. A payment request will be sent to the client by the email address they provided, once the commission is accepted.
• The price of the commission depend directly of the demand and references sent by the client (number of characters, background, details, etc.). The client will be aware of the price before the payment request is sent.
• The commission won't start before the entire payment is received by the artist.
• If necessary the commission can be refunded at 60% of the price until sketch approval. Commissions which passed this step can't be returned or refunded.
• Additionnal fees can occur after the initial payment if the client wish to add something not originally included. In these cases the commission will be paused until additionnal payment is received by the artist.

3.Copyright & use

You, as the client receiving their finished commission, have the right to:
• Post the full piece on your socials and/or website with credit and link to my own socials (@teurteulkatt).
• Crop or resize it as profile picture and/or banner for your socials with similar credit.
• Crop or resize it as wallpaper for any of your personal devices.
• Print it for personal and non-profit use.
• Request that i don't post your commission on my own socials, or only a cropped version.
You DON'T have the right to:
• Trace or edit it (changing parts, recoloring...).
• Copy or claim the artwork as your own.
• Remove my signature or watermark.
• Use it for profit (by selling it or using it as showcase for a commercial project).

I, as the Artist:
• Reserve the right to decline a commission.
• Retain copyright over the artwork.
• Can post completed commissions to my socials and portfolio, provided that the client does not request otherwise. Credit would be given as "Commission for [client socials handle/pseudo/name]".
• Can use your commissionned artwork for advertising my services and artstyles, with similar credit.
• Will never put your commissionned artwork up for sale as a digital or physical product.
